A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
From around 2008, the Defendant had been working in the Do Real Estate Office located in the Geum-gu, Busan from around 2008, and had been working in the Do Real Estate Office, and had been working in the Do Real Estate Office as the staff of the above office in charge of the Domins of the Domins of Busan, entrusted by the owners of the above office, and had known of the passwords of the entrance and the Domins of the Domins room by racking the Domins of TV.
1. On August 15, 2013, the Defendant invadedd the Victim F’s Gudio in Busan-gu, Busan-gu’s Gudio by using the entrance password, which was known to the victim F, and then cut off by 3,50,000 won of the market price of SamsungTV (U.N. 26Do4000 of the model name) with 3,50,000 won of the market price per unit owned by the victim who was in custody in the room, from that time until October 2013, the Defendant invadedd the victim’s residence by the same method as in the list of crimes (Ⅰ) as shown in the attached Form from October 1, 2013, and cut off the total amount of 12 times at 19,000 won of the market price of TV 19,000 won.
2. At night, at around 20:00 on August 2013, the Defendant: (a) intruded the gate room with the entrance password of the victim F as described in paragraph (1) at night; (b) went into the studio 605 room; and (c) cut off and stolen Samsung TV (U.N. 26Do4000) equivalent to 350,000 won at the market price of the victim’s possession, which was kept in the room; and (d) intruded the victim’s residence by the same method on a total of 36 occasions, such as the list of crimes (II), from October 10, 2013, the Defendant stolen the total amount of 42 TV market price of 1,5130,00 won at the 42 TV market price.
3. On October 4, 2013, at night, the Defendant attempted to larceny at night, using the password of the entrance and exit known to the victim I at H in Busan City Y, and attempted to steals TV from the J room at night. However, the Defendant did not go to commit an attempted crime.
