A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and two months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
While the Defendant was working as a real estate intermediary at the D Real Estate Office located in Northern-gu, North Korea at the port of port, the Defendant informed the real estate broker of the password of the entrance and entrance number of the studio in question to the real estate broker office for the purpose of leasing the studio at the port of port, and stolen and sold TV and other goods stored in the studio in question.
1. At the beginning of June 2013, the Defendant: (a) around 15:00, the victim F, who was in the north-gu, Northern-gu, Ma, was in front of the G studio managed by the victim F, at port; (b) was divided into the above studio building; and (c) was entered into the above studio building by dividing the above 505 studio door password and opening a door and entering the said studio into the room; and (d) was invaded by the above 505 studio; and (e) one 22 persons with a 310,000 won of the market price managed by the said victim, which was kept in the room.
From that time until the 24th day of the same month, the Defendant, as described in paragraphs (1) through (12) and (21) of the attached Table of Crimes (1) of the annexed Table of Crimes (1) from that time, intruded into the studio managed by the victims 13 times in total in the same manner in the north-gu and south-gu, and stolen goods, including TV, which amount to the total market value of 4.130,000 won.
Accordingly, the Defendant intruded on the residence managed by others several times, and stolen the property managed by others.
2. At night, the Defendant: (a) around 20:0 on June 6, 2013, at night, was in front of the J room administered by the victim I located in the north-gu, Mapo-gu, Mapo-si; (b) divided the password of the entrance door of the studio, which was known by the foregoing circumstances, and entered the above studio building; (c) divided the entrance door number of the above 206, and intrudes into the above 206 by entering the studio in the relevant room; and (d) intrudes into the above 310,000,000 won managed by the said victim.
