Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a holder of a passenger car with the highest bid B.

No motor vehicle which is not covered by mandatory insurance shall be operated on a road.

"2017 High 5, the Defendant operated the said automobile not covered by mandatory insurance on April 8, 2016 at the exclusive road (the section from the new north to the mountain) located in the Sincheon-si, Incheon Metropolitan City (the section from the new north) around 06:04 on April 8, 2016. On December 11:35, 2013, the Defendant operated the said automobile in front of the KT Research Center located in the Sinsan-dong, Seosung-dong, Sungdong-gu, Seoul around 16:32 on December 6, 2013.

Nevertheless, the Defendant operated on October 20, 2016, the foregoing vehicle, which was not covered by mandatory insurance, within approximately 30 kilometers from the front day of the Suwon District Court located in Suwon-si on the roads of Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, to the front day of the road located in the Dong of Young-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si.
