Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On August 5, 2014, at around 23:10, the Defendant driven a BM5 car while under the influence of alcohol leveling 0.091% of 0.091% of alcohol level in front of the Big Mar Marart in the same city located in the Yadong, Sinsan-si, Sinsan-si.
