Punishment of the crime

On June 29, 2015, the Defendant was under the influence of 0.135% of blood alcohol concentration at around 22:20 on June 29, 2015, and was driving B-learning cars at approximately 100 meters in front of the voltage agricultural cooperative located in the side of the pressure of the same city at the bus end point No. 75 of Sinsan-si, Sinsan-si.
