Defendant

B The defendant H shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5 million, and the defendant H shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3 million.

The above fine is imposed against the Defendants.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendants’ co-principals conspired with the unregistered credit service provider to make a loan to an individual, not exceeding 30% of the annual interest rate prescribed by law. However, around January 25, 2012, at the office of the Defendants of the 8th floor of the Itel located in Busan-gu, Busan-do, the victim J. for 60 days, 20,000 won and 280,000 won per annum after deducting 10,000 won per annum and 1.520,000 won per annum per day, and 40,000 won per day, 40,000 won and 2.1.20,00 won per annum, including the principal and interest, were to be paid to the victim J. as stated in the attached Table 1, as well as to be paid interest rate of 479.8% per annum per year for 53 days per day.

Defendant B’s crime and K are unregistered credit service providers, and if a unregistered credit service provider conspireds to lend a loan to an individual, it cannot exceed the annual interest rate of 30% as determined by law. However, around January 25, 2012, the Defendant of the 14th floor of the Itel located in Busan, Busan, and the office of K agreed to lend a 2 million won to the victim L for 60 days, after deducting the sum of KRW 200,000 and KRW 280,000,000,000 per annum for 10% as a fee, and actually, 1.20,000 won per annum for 43,000 won per day, including the principal and interest, to receive interest rate of 479.8% per annum for 479.8% per annum for 53 days per day, as indicated in the attached Table 2 of the Crimes List 2.
