The punishment of the accused shall be determined by eight months of imprisonment.

Punishment of the crime

2. 공무집행방해 피고인은 2020. 6. 11. 03:50경 전주시 완산구 F에 있는 G지구대 앞 주차장에서, 피고인이 택시 기사인 D에게 욕설을 하며 시비를 거는 것을 전북전주완산경찰서 G지구대 소속 경사 H이 제지하였다는 이유로 화가 나, 윗옷을 벗고 H에게 다가가며 “뭘 그만 해, 씨벌놈아.”라고 욕설하고, 피고인이 위 H에게 다가가는 것을 같은 지구대 소속 순경 I이 제지하자 오른팔로 그의 목을 감싸 잡아당겨 폭행하였다.
