피고인은 2017. 2. 26. 21:39 경 서울 강서구 공항대로 71길 54( 염창동) 소재 태진 한솔 아파트 105 동 앞 주차장에서 피해자 C이 주차하여 놓은 D 화물차량의 열쇠구멍에 쇠 갈고리( 일명 꺽지, 증 제 1호 )를 끼워 넣은 뒤 강제로 돌려 차량 문을 연 다음 차량 안에 있던 피해자 C 소유의 시가 50만 원 상당의 대형 해머드릴 1개, 시가 20만 원 상당의 소형 해머드릴 1개, 시가 15만 원 상당의 그라인더 등 시가 합계 85만 원 상당의 공구를 가지고 간 것을 비롯하여 2015. 5. 30. 03:35 경부터 2017. 2. 26. 21:39 경까지 사이에 별지 범죄 일람표 기재와 같이 총 31회에 걸쳐 피해자들이 주차하여 놓은 차량에서 시가 합계 2,441만 원 상당의 공구를 꺼 내 가지고 갔다.
