A on January 21, 1993, at the Seoul Southern District Court sentenced two years to imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. at the Incheon District Court on August 30, 2002; ten months from imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. at the Incheon District Court on January 4, 2007; one year from imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes; and eight months from December 17, 2007 at the Suwon District Court on December 17, 2007; two years from imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes at the Suwon District Court on June 15, 2009; and one who was sentenced from the Incheon District Court on June 24, 2013 to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes at the Suwon District Court on June 24, 2013; and one who was sentenced from the Incheon District Court on June 27, 2017, 2015.
1. On September 6, 2015, Defendant A, in collaboration with Defendant E, was at a construction site located in Seosan City F on September 6, 2015, and the Defendant: (a) dismantled the office locks of the said construction site using the cutting machine possessed at that time; (b) opened a entrance; (c) opened the entrance; and ruptures into the said site; and (d) took tools amounting to KRW 8,100,000 at the market price of the victim G, including one string, and one string, which were in the said site; and (c) stolen them from that time until the 26th day of the same month, from that time until the 15th day of the same month, as shown in the List of Crimes (1).
