Reasons
Punishment of the crime
"2015 Highly 2496"
1. On May 26, 2015, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act: (a) around 19:30, the Defendant driven a B-to-purd vehicle; and (b) proceeded along the two-lane roads in front of the high school Dong resident center in Suwon-gu, Suwon-si.
In such a case, the driver has a duty to check whether there are other vehicles in the front and rear direction and to give advance notice of the change of the vehicle, etc. in advance, and to prevent the accident from being delayed by taking into account the situation of the rear direction.
Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and changed the two lanes from the two lanes to the one lane, and received the DK5 vehicles owned by C in the victim slren Slren Co., Ltd., which were driven by C in the latter one of the two lanes from the latter one, as the vehicles of the Defendant.
Accordingly, the Defendant damaged the vehicles owned by the victim company by the above occupational negligence to require repair costs of KRW 2,602,686.
2. The Defendant in violation of the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act is a holder of a B-to-purd vehicle.
No person shall operate any motor vehicle not covered by mandatory insurance on a road.
Nevertheless, on May 26, 2015, the Defendant operated the said vehicle that was not covered by mandatory insurance on the front road of the Godong-dong Residents' Center in Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si on May 26, 2015.
The Defendant, “2015 High 2688,” even though he/she is a holder of a motor vehicle lurged B, not operating a motor vehicle on the road which is not covered by mandatory insurance,
