Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person holding a three-dimensional vehicle quantity, and the owner of a motor vehicle shall not operate a motor vehicle on the road which is not covered by mandatory insurance.

1. On August 24, 2016, at around 20:50, the Defendant operated the said vehicle to D, which was not covered by mandatory insurance, within a section of approximately 4 km from 65 km-ro, Young-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, to the same Jung-gu, 448, to the same Jung-gu, and about 4 km-ro, to the front of the source curriculum.

2. On September 12, 2016, the Defendant, around 11:04, operated the 256 World Cup in Suwon-si, Suwon-si and 256, and operated the said vehicle to D not covered by mandatory insurance on the front side of Filisung elementary school.

3. On September 23, 2016, the Defendant, at around 22:30, operated the said vehicle to D, which was not covered by mandatory insurance, on the front of the short-distance street, as the border water of Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, and the lower court.
