1. The Defendant: (a) KRW 26,770,502 to the Plaintiff; and (b) KRW 6% per annum from November 21, 2013 to November 26, 2013 to the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. On October 25, 2013, the Plaintiff, who is engaged in artificial fishery under the trade name of “C,” concluded a contract with the Defendant on the sports center 8 and 9 floors in Daejeon E-sports Center D (hereinafter “instant sports center”) as follows:
