1. Basic facts

A. On September 6, 2004, the Plaintiffs entered into a sales contract with AH and AI to purchase KRW 103,42,120,000 (hereinafter “instant sales contract”) on the first floor of the R2cheon-si (hereinafter “instant shopping building”) from the said Plaintiff, and completed the registration of ownership transfer for each 1/2 share on September 24, 2004.

Pursuant to Article 23 of the Act on the Ownership and Management of Aggregate Buildings (hereinafter referred to as the "Aggregate Buildings Act"), the Defendant is a management body comprised of all sectional owners of the commercial buildings of this case for the management of the building site and building of this case.

B. The management rules of April 23, 2009 (attached Form 1) and the Addenda of February 24, 2012 (attached Form 2) concerning the instant commercial building were adopted by submitting written consent from the sectional owners listed below (hereinafter “instant written resolution”).
