Punishment of the crime

On September 20, 2017, at the front of the 'C' restaurant located in Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government on September 20, 2017, the Defendant called, “A” restaurant in Gangdong-gu, Seoul, the Defendant was under the influence of 112 reported that there was a person who would receive time expenses, and the Defendant was so informed that the victim D, a police officer belonging to the Seoul Gangnam-gu Police Station, who was called out, would not desire the citizens to take care of the said restaurant E, his name-free restaurant, and the restaurant employees whose name is unknown, and the 4-5 jurs are heard, while the Defendant heard, the Defendant called, “The victim was humping equally, such chewing, and young,” and said humping.

Accordingly, the defendant openly insultingd the victim.
