1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 370,000,000 and the interest rate thereon from March 21, 2012 to the date of full payment.

1. Indication of claim;

A. On December 19, 201, Defendant B agreed to pay the Plaintiff KRW 20 million on the same day, KRW 20 million on December 28, 201, KRW 30 million on January 10, 201, KRW 30 million on February 25, 2012, KRW 370 million on February 25, 2012, and KRW 240 million on March 20, 201 if the said money is not paid within the said payment period, Defendant C Co., Ltd and Defendant D Co., Ltd jointly and severally guaranteed the above agreed amount obligations of Defendant B. on the same day.

B. Therefore, the Defendants are jointly and severally liable to pay to the Plaintiff the agreed amount of KRW 370 million and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 24% per annum from March 21, 2012 to the date of full payment, which is the day following the last payment.
