Basic Facts
Plaintiff
A is the owner of Seocho-gu Seoul F apartment 21 Dong 1501 (hereinafter “instant 1501”), and the Plaintiff B leased the instant 1501 from the Plaintiff, his mother, and was residing in the instant 1501, along with Plaintiff C and his father, a wife around the time of the instant fire.
Around July 2013, the Defendant leased the said F apartment No. 21, 1401 (hereinafter “instant No. 1401”) from the owner and resided in the instant case No. 1401 from that time.
On March 14, 2016, around 14:00, the instant fire (hereinafter “instant fire”) occurred, and the instant fire No. 1401 was destroyed by the fire, and the fire was destroyed by the 1501 head of the instant fire, and the Plaintiff C and D stayed in the instant fire No. 1501 at the time.
