1. The Defendant’s KRW 8,678,550 as well as the Plaintiff’s annual rate of KRW 5% from January 27, 2014 to January 19, 2017.
Reasons
1. Details of ruling;
(a) Business name: Business name: Gwangju Dong-gu B Housing Redevelopment rearrangement project (hereinafter “instant project”);
2) Public notice: The Defendant: the 3 project implementer publicly announced by the Dong-gu Gwangju Metropolitan City on July 6, 2012.
B. The subject matter of expropriation by the Gwangju Regional Land Expropriation Committee as of December 12, 2013: ① the Plaintiff’s ownership of ① 136 square meters in Dong-gu, Gwangju, and ② 3 square meters in order of 3 square meters in E-road (hereinafter “1, 2 land”); and, in a common name, the “each of the instant land” is deemed as “each of the instant land.”
) and land obstacles (such as stores, warehouses, etc.; hereinafter referred to as “instant obstacles”).
(2) Business loss compensation 2) From the date of expropriation: Compensation for losses on January 26, 2014: 153,056,250 won for land as follows: 142,527,350 won for obstacles, and 4,800,000 won for transfer of warehouse (business compensation) shall be calculated respectively as follows: The appraiser shall calculate the amount of compensation for each land as KRW 1,117,200 for each land among the obstacles in this case, based on the arithmetic average of the appraisal results of each appraisal by the appraisal appraisal corporation in attached Form 1 of the appraisal report (alternative appraisal corporation, transfer to E, appraisal corporation, and appraiser; hereinafter “appraisal”) of the appraisal report in attached Form 1 of the appraisal report (the appraisal corporation shall calculate the amount of compensation for each land as KRW 1,117,200, 372,350 for each land among the obstacles in this case)

Cement set forth in each cement block, (4) the gate has been evaluated as one type (Aluminium, 2 story, 600,000) and the compensation for obstacles shall be calculated on the basis of the average value for the calculation of the results of each appraisal as above (the 135,00 won per heading the first unit price for the part, 110,000 won per heading the second part, 160,000 won per heading the third part.
C. The Central Land Tribunal asserted that the compensation for losses on August 21, 2014 was determined by KRW 156,805,450 on the land as follows, and KRW 143,526,100 on the obstacles at the time of the said ruling, but according to the written objection (Evidence 2-2, 9 pages), the Plaintiff is in the list of obstacles.
