피고인은 2017. 6. 18. 17:30 경 시흥시 미 산로 143번 길 10 부 국 미 산아파트 앞 노상에서 술에 취하여 자고 있던 중 112 신고를 받고 현장에 출 동한 시흥 경찰서 B 지구대 소속 순경 C가 피고인을 귀가시키려 하자 “ 이 새끼야, 씨 발 짭새 새끼” 라고 욕을 하면서 오른손으로 위 C의 목 부위를 1회 밀치고, 오른 주먹으로 위 C의 가슴 부위를 2회 때려 경찰공무원의 112 신고 사건 처리 및 주 취 자 보호조치 등에 관한 정당한 직무집행을 방해하였다.
