A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than three months.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant

Accordingly, the name influence of the above employee, who is unaware of the fact, prepared a "application for the loan of modern capital" in the name of X on the same day, and had X submit the same as the loan application to the victim Hyundai Capital Co., Ltd. through AA operating the installment financing brokerage business.

As such, the defendant and theO conspired to forge the above application, which is a private document with respect to the rights and obligations of X name, to the victim Hyundai Capital Co., Ltd.
