The Defendants are not guilty. The summary of the judgment against the Defendants is publicly announced.
Reasons
1. Summary of the facts charged
A. around October 7, 2013, Defendant A filed a claim for the payment of insurance proceeds with the content that he/she received hospitalized treatment for 16 days at a medical institution for E oriental medical services located in Sititu City from August 23, 2013 to September 7, 2013, and received insurance proceeds of 690,300 won on October 10, 2013 and received KRW 1,640,599 in total from three insurance companies, such as written in the list of crimes in the attached Table.
However, at the time of fact, the above defendant was indicted for KRW 1,490,30 by deceiving the victim insurance companies as if he had been hospitalized for 16 days, even though he was not hospitalized for 2 to 3 days during the period of hospitalization, even though she was not hospitalized for 16 days during the pertinent period. However, in light of the records of this case and the entries in the list of crimes in the annexed sheet, the above defendant appears to have been erroneous for 1,490,300 won.

B. On October 24, 2013, Defendant B filed a claim for payment of insurance proceeds with the content that he/she received hospitalized treatment for 19 days at a post office insurance company’s medical institution located in Jongno-gu Seoul Jongno-gu, Seoul, for the payment of compensation to the victims of the victims of the victims of the Korean Post, from October 5, 2013 to October 23, 2013, and received KRW 3,260,530,000 on October 28, 2013 and received KRW 1,330,000 from four insurance companies as indicated in the attached list of crimes.
