Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Defendants are patients hospitalized in the Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government “Liwon” from August 16, 2013 to March 9, 2015.
Although the Defendants were not an injury to receive treatment by being hospitalized at a hospital, but an injury that can be treated by hospital, the Defendants were willing to be hospitalized with the knowledge that Lindian for the purpose of deceiving insurance money is easily hospitalized by traffic accident and disease patients.
1. On February 25, 2015, Defendant C received payment of KRW 3,119,760 (a treatment charge1,219,760, 1,90, 190, 000, 00) insurance proceeds from the Insurance Company AXA’s insurance company for damage caused by a traffic accident from February 26, 2015 to March 9, 2015, Defendant C was involved in a traffic accident (a subsequent drilling) in the vicinity of the Sinung-gu Gyeong-dong Gyeong-dong Gyeong-dong Gyeong-dong Gyeong-dong Gyeong-dong Gyeong-dong Gyeong-dong Gyeong-dong from February 25, 2015 to KRW 3,119,760 (around 26, 2015).
3. The Defendant: (a) was hospitalized at Hanwon from December 20, 2014 to December 29, 2014 due to a traffic accident at Hanwon, and was hospitalized for a total of ten days; (b) around December 17:14, 2014; (c) was a traffic accident (aftermathing) with the leaves of the Seodaemun-gu Seoul Western fire station, Seodaemun-gu, Seoul around December 17:14, 2014; and (d) complaining of (10 days) and kne mae mae mae ma.
