Punishment of the crime

At around 10:00 on October 8, 2004, there are several persons, such as employees E, and F, of the said company, around the entrance of the Daegu Seo-gu, Daegu, Inc., Ltd., the Defendant abused the victim, who is the mother of the said H, by openly speaking, on the grounds that the victim G G, did not work for the Defendant on the preceding day.
