Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On September 21, 2015, the Defendant, at around 23:55 on September 21, 2015, found the Defendant’s wife at “C” point in W, on the ground that he was under the influence of alcohol and became aware of the Defendant’s wife D (at 46 years of age). In doing so, the Defendant expressed his desire to “this son” on the right hand hand hand hand of the victim, and caused the Defendant’s injury, such as the damage of the shot play in need of approximately 2 weeks of treatment, and the damage of the shot of the mouth that requires approximately 1 week treatment.
