Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 6,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

No person of "2019 Highest 6781" shall engage in financial transactions under the real name of another person for the purpose of concealing illegal property, washing money, raising funds for public intimidation, evading compulsory execution, or otherwise evading any other evasion of law.

Nevertheless, on August 14, 2019, the Defendant received a proposal from a person without his/her name to the effect that, at a place where the location is unknown, he/she would pay daily allowances to the Defendant’s account designating the price of goods deposited into the Defendant’s account to save taxes, at a place where the name is unknown. In response, the Defendant was willing to offer his/her account under the name of the Defendant to the evasion of the law of the person without his/her name.

On August 17, 2019, the Defendant informed the person who was missing in name of the Defendant to use B’s account number (C) in trading, and sent D deposit of KRW 5,500,000 to the above account, and then withdrawn it and delivered it to the person who was missing in name using Kwikset services in front of the building in the building in the Gyeonggi-si.

As a result, the Defendant aided and abetted the Defendant to conduct financial transactions under the real name of another person for the purpose of evading the law.

No person of 2020 shall open a mobile communications terminal device to enter into a contract for the provision of telecommunications services in the name of any other person on condition of providing or lending funds, and use the telecommunications service provided to the mobile communications terminal device or use it for the collection of the relevant funds.

On October 12, 2018, the Defendant proposed that “F will open the prepaid chips of the cellular phone that are necessary to operate the Nanman Game Office and offer to F KRW 400,000 per week,” and that “G”, which is opened in its name from F, chips included in the name of F.
