1. Defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for one year and six months;

2. Defendant B shall be punished by imprisonment for eight months.

Punishment of the crime

No person of "2017 Highest 1797" shall open a mobile communications terminal device on condition of providing or lending funds, and use the telecommunications service provided to the mobile communications terminal device or use it for the collection of the relevant funds.

A along with E, recruited persons who intend to provide funds by advertising the Internet Twitter, etc., and Defendant B and Defendant C prepared a mobile phone entry application for the opening of the core chip (hereinafter “the core chip”) which is the mobile communication terminal device, using the personal information of the persons recruited as above, and submitted it to K, L, M, N,O, etc., which is a separate telecommunications business entity, to open a core chip and deliver it to E, and Defendant D provided a place of business for the opening of the core chip, and invested funds, and Defendant A planned and integrated the entire business.

Defendant

A, B, C, and D recruited as above, on May 26, 2017, under the condition that the Defendant D’s “P” office in the Seoul Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City P offers 20,000 won per each of them to R, six core chips under the name of R were opened in the above manner, and the above six core chips were collected from those under the name in return for 30,000 won per each of the above core chips. From March 17, 2017 to June 2, 2017, the name was made by opening 1,07 mobile cell chips with a total of 220 persons as indicated in the list of crimes.

As a result, Defendant A, B, C, and D opened 1,770 mobile phone core devices in the name of 220 mobile devices such as R, etc. on condition of providing funds, and sold 30,000 won per unit to non-persons in the name of 30,000 won.
