Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall trade or smoke marijuana.

1. On September 17, 2019, the Defendant decided to purchase marijuana from a seller of marijuana, who was known through B’s website “C” and “D”, and on September 16, 2019, sent 0.06517 bitcos (A.819,356) to the e-mail address known by the seller to the said seller. 2. On September 2019, the Defendant smoked marijuana in such a way as to deduct tobacco from the H apartment complex in Dobong-gu Seoul, Seoul, and to put in an influenite marijuana, and then smoked in the way of smoking with the fire attached thereto.
