A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

On January 17, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment for a crime of fraud at the District Court, and the execution of the sentence was terminated on October 29, 2013.

1. Around 00:50 on June 22, 2014, the Defendant ordered employees F to pay for alcohol and alcohol in an entertainment tavern “E” operated by the victim D in Dongducheon-si, 2014.

3. On July 6, 2014, around 19:00, the Defendant ordered the victim with the attitude that the Defendant would have paid the amount in the “M” operated by the victim L of K under K in the Government-si, the Defendant ordered the victim to pay the amount, and demanded the victim to do so.

However, there is no cash or credit card, and even if the defendant is provided with alcohol or entertainment, he or she did not have the intent and ability to pay the price.

As above, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, received the alcohol and alcohol from the victim who is affiliated with the Defendant, and by making the victim take care of female helper for the Defendant, thereby making the victim take advantage of the total market value of 345,000 won.
