Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 900,000.

Where the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall offer, express an intention to offer, offer an intention to offer, or receive money, goods, or other benefits in connection with the election campaign regardless of the pretext such as actual expenses, actual expenses, other compensation for volunteers, except for the case of offering actual expenses and other benefits under the Public Official Election Act.

On April 9, 2020, the Defendant offered money and valuables around April 9, 2020, around 09:25, the Defendant issued KRW 300,000 in cash as expenses for the election campaign, to I prior to N apartmentO-dong, a Defendant’s residence located in Suwon-si, Suwon-si, the Defendant’s residence in Suwon-si, which is the Defendant’s residence.

2. Around April 13, 2020, the Defendant offered money and valuables to the Defendant: (a) around 09:15 to 09:30 on April 13, 2020, the term “heat” means “heat” to I before the restaurant located in the Suwon-si P, Suwon-si; and (b) KRW 200,000 in cash in terms of election campaign expenses.

Accordingly, the defendant provided I with the total of KRW 500,000 in cash over two occasions in relation to the election campaign.
