A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

3,500,000 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who handles so-called "exploiting land" legal affairs that confirm the land investigation register, etc. prepared at the time of Japanese colonial rule on the land, the ownership of which has been registered as owned by the State due to its failure to properly exercise the ownership, and finds descendants from the person under whose name the situation occurred, and makes the final heir access the lawsuit to find ownership, and carries out by proxy the registration procedures accordingly.
