Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On July 5, 2018, at around 15:54, the Defendant: (a) removed the machinery equivalent to approximately KRW 100,000 in the market price installed in the toilets for persons with disabilities in the management of victim D in the Eunpyeong subway located in Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and stolen it by means of removing it.
