1. The Defendant (Counterclaim Plaintiff) and Defendant D jointly do so to the Plaintiff (Counterclaim Defendant).

Reasons
A principal lawsuit and a counterclaim shall be deemed simultaneously.
1. Basic facts
A. Conclusion of the instant lease agreement
1. Location of a building and land: ① approximately 30 square meters of a household building, other than a building of about 20 square meters in ASEAN, located in ASEAN. ② approximately 6:3 square meters of H 30 square meters of a household building, ③ land owned by the Plaintiffs, such as Asan City G, 1, J, Ha, K forest and H, and L;
2.The rent shall be concluded as follows:
(1) Deposit 20 million won (Won 20,000,000)
(a) 10 million won (Won 10,000,000 won); and
(b) pay Won 30 April 2014 (Won 10,000,000);
(2) The monthly income shall be paid as follows:
The payment shall be made monthly from April 30, 2014 to December 30, 2014 in the amount of one million won (Won 1,200,000).

(b)to pay monthly this million won (Won 2,000,000) from January 30, 2015 to December 30, 2016;
(Additional Tax is Separate)
(c) pay every month from January 30, 2017 to December 30, 2018 in 2000,000 won (Won 2,50,000);
(Additional Tax is Separate)
3. The term of lease shall be from January 2014 to December 30, 2018.
4. The following matters shall be observed after entering into a lease of buildings and land:
(1) The lessee shall limit the amount of the investment facilities on this building and land to 50,000,000 won per day.
Provided, That the lessor does not recognize investment funds other than the above amount.
(2) In principle, when a lessor terminates a contract with respect to sale and purchase within three years from the lease date, he/she shall pay the lessee the full amount of investment facility costs per day (Won 50,000,000).
5. The lessee shall use only for the following purposes:
(1) A camping ground, camping ground, and camping ground shall be sold, processed, or cooked for the purpose of private stay, medicinal cultivation: Provided, That this shall not apply to cases of selling and cooking crops.
(a) A lessee shall use leased objects in conformity with their respective legal uses, as the land category (such as the forest land category, fence, ditch) of each law, and if farmland is diverted or damaged without permission, the lessee shall be solely liable to the lessee for such diversion or damage of the forest and fields.
