Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On October 22, 2016, at around 11:00, the Defendant driven B Poter Cargo Vehicles without a car driver’s license at approximately 15 km from a 15-km section of the Yong-dong Highway, which is located in the Seocheon-dong, Incheon Metropolitan City (I.C.).
