Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who drives B Poter Cargo Vehicles.

On September 09, 2018, the Defendant driven the said vehicle at a section of about 20 km from the front of the Bupyeong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Bupyeong-gu to the point of 9 km (Ghill direction) of the Dong-dong Highway located in the Gyeonggi-gu, Gyeonggi-do, Gyeonggi-do, without obtaining a driver's license on September 09, 2018.
