1. Defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for eight months and by a fine of five million won.

Punishment of the crime

A From October 10, 201 to May 31, 2016, 201, from 1302 Dong 103, Songpa-gu Seoul, 1302, and 103, “F Child Care Center”, and was a child welfare worker who was working as a child care teacher, and Defendant B was working as the head from November 18, 201 to 200, as the representative of “F Child Care Center.”

1. Defendant A’s person obligated to report a crime of child abuse, who, around 08:00 on May 25, 2016, said Defendant did not want the victimized child G (or B years of age) at the “F Child Care Center” ward and did not want the victimized child G (or B years of age). The same year from March 3, 2016 to March 15:16, 2016, including where the said victimized child got the head of a frighter and fright the head of the frighter, fright the frighter’s head, and fright the frighter’s head.

5. From around 15:32 until December 25, 217, a child victim, who is an original child of the same half of the attached list, committed physical abuse or emotional abuse that may harm the physical health and development of the child, by assaulting by hand, teaching instruments, etc., on a total of 217 occasions, as indicated in the list of crimes committed.

2. Defendant B was the head of the above child care center who was employed by Defendant A as a child care teacher. The Defendant, an employee of the Defendant, committed physical abuse and emotional abuse against the Defendant in relation to the Defendant’s duties at the date and place specified in Paragraph 1.
