Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

C is the actual business owner of the “E” Ma-gu E-O-O-O-O-O-O-O-O-O-O-O-O-O-O-O-O-O-O-O-O-O-O-O-O-O-O-O-O-O-O-

The Defendant, C, F, and G are equipped with four massage practice rooms from around September 2, 2013 (the Defendant from around April 2, 2014, and from around October 2, 2013 to around June 2, 2014, G are provided with nine massage practice rooms, nine massage practice rooms, four rooms, and the Defendant and G are provided with a massage practice room and a bath room, and the Defendant and G were provided with a female employee H, I, etc. to have sexual intercourse with customers, and received KRW 170,000 per customer in return.

Accordingly, the defendant, in collusion with C, F, and G, assisted commercial sex acts.

On the grounds of sentencing under Articles 70(1) and 69(2) of the Criminal Act, the contents of the Defendant’s participation in the instant crime are limited to the monthly paid employee who works for a period of two months, the time of committing the instant crime and the fact that the Defendant’s mistake is divided, and the Defendant’s age, sex, environment, motive, means and consequence of committing the crime, circumstances after committing the crime, etc. are determined as ordered by the order.

It is so decided as per Disposition for the above reasons.
