1. Basic facts

A. The plaintiff is a company running an information and communications construction business.

Defendant A is a person who was the representative director of Company D (hereinafter “D”), and Defendant B is a person who used the position of “director” but was not registered as an employee of Company D, and Defendant C was a person who used the position of “E” as an employee of Samsung SDR Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “TS”).

1.The term “thirdSS” shall have the status as a master for the stable promotion of the project “this U-Crative Project”.

2.The term “D” shall participate as a partner of “U-C” for the purpose of this “U-Cr Business”.

3.The term “State” shall participate in the “U-C Design and Construction Cooperation Agency” for the purpose of “U-C-I-D Business”.

Article 4 (Scope of Duties and Sharing of Expenses)

1. SamsungSDS (State) and D shall actively cooperate to ensure that the order of construction is made to the extent that it is designed by the State to the extent that it is designed by the Parties in this U-C projects.

2. (State)diICT shall subsidize pre-operating costs and participate in design and obtain the right of construction for the smooth early progress of the project;

Article 5 (Validity Term)

Article 6 (Termination of this Convention) The term “this Convention” shall be automatically terminated when any of the following causes occurs:
