A fine of KRW 500,00 shall be imposed for the crime No. 30 of the judgment of the defendant.

The above fine shall not be paid by the defendant.

Criminal facts

On August 9, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment for fraud, etc. at the Daejeon District Court, and the above judgment became final and conclusive on September 26, 2012 as the withdrawal of the appeal.

On July 25, 2010, the Defendant, as a holder of B New Zealand’s car, operated the said car on the front side of the Hayang-gu Hayang-gu National Armed Forces of Ho-ri, Busan, at around 22:10, and operated the said car not covered by mandatory insurance over a total of 30 times from July 25, 2010 to July 13:3, 2013 as follows:
