A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

300,000 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

On November 24, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with prison labor for an injury in the Western District Court Branch of the Daegu District Court on November 24, 201, and completed the execution of the sentence in the Daegu Prison on May 25, 201.

[2013 Highest 5720] The defendant is not a person handling narcotics.

1. On October 18, 2012, around 22:30 on October 18, 2012, the Defendant: (a) parked in the frontway of the Daegu Suwon-gu D shop located in C via E with KRW 100,000,00 and purchased psychotropic drugs, 0.06g of the psychotropic drugs.

2. On July 7, 2013, the Defendant received 0.1747g opon from F on the road near the enzymal tree market located in Daegu-dong-gu, Daegu-gu, without compensation.

3. Around 23:00 on July 7, 2013, the Defendant administered 0.03 g of philophones delivered from Hmoto 707 room located in Daegu-gu G in a gu, Daegu-gu, in a way that they drinks 0.03g to coffee.

4. On July 8, 2013, the Defendant sold 0.03g of philophones delivered to I at the same place as at around 15:00, and 0.03g of philophones delivered as at paragraph 2.97,00 won.

5. On July 8, 2013, from around 15:00 to July 16:35, 2013, the Defendant possessed 0.1147 ghonon, as described in paragraph (2), from Hmotoirel and the third floor K of the Daegu-dong-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Daegu-gu, in the back part of the Defendant.

[2014 Highest 3657] The Defendant is a person engaged in LNF small-scale taxi driving service.

On June 15, 2014, at around 04:15, the Defendant: (a) driven the above taxi and driven the two lanes of the two lanes in front of the Ma2-gu Ma2-ro, Daegu City, the Defendant neglected to perform the duty of MaBCN at a speed of about 65km in speed from the eb.g., the eb., the ebbs of the victim N (e.g., the age of 71) who flowed without permission to the left-hand side from the running direction of the said taxi due to occupational negligence; and (b) caused the victim to go beyond the floor by shocking the front part of the said taxi.
