[criminal history] On March 9, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to four months of imprisonment for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) at the Incheon District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence at the Incheon Detention House on April 22, 2016.

1. Violation of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents (Bodily Injury) is a person who is engaged in driving of a car in CSpo-type car.
