Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a year and six months and by a fine of 200,000 won.

The above fine shall not be paid by the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

On September 29, 2008, the Defendant was sentenced to a summary order of KRW 2.5 million for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act at the Jeju District Court on September 29, 2008, and a summary order of KRW 3 million for the same crime at the same court on September 10, 2010, respectively; on August 16, 2012, the same court was sentenced to imprisonment for six months and suspension of execution for the same crime; and on June 10, 2013, the same court was sentenced to imprisonment for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) at the same court on June 10, 2013, respectively.

[2] On September 14, 2017, at around 18:51, the Defendant driven C Poter in a state of under the influence of approximately 0.113% alcohol concentration in blood at a distance of about 500 meters from the road front of the Sagn-si Sag-si Sag-si Sag-si to the same Lagn-si intersection.

On September 29, 2008, the Defendant was sentenced to a summary order of KRW 2.5 million for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act at the Jeju District Court on September 29, 201; on September 10, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to a summary order of KRW 3 million for the same crime at the same court on September 10, 201; on August 16, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of six months for the same crime at the same court on August 16, 2012; and was sentenced to a suspended sentence of six months for the same crime at the same court on June 10, 2013.

[2] On June 27, 2017, the Defendant driven a C-wing truck under the influence of alcohol leveling at least 0.05% during the 431-meter section, while under the influence of alcohol leveling at approximately 0.05% during blood alcohol level, from around 20:14, the Defendant driven a C-wing truck under the influence of alcohol leveling at least 0.05%.

Accordingly, the defendant, who violated the prohibition of drinking at least twice, was driving a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol in violation of the above provision.

1. On January 15, 2018, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed driving) without obtaining a driver’s license in an insular section from the first road to the front road of J, Seopo-si around 07:59 around January 15, 2018.
