A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and two months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On January 21, 2011, the Defendant issued a summary order of KRW 2,50,000,000 to a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving) at the Suwon Friwon on January 21, 201. On October 22, 2014, the Defendant issued a summary order of KRW 5,00,000 to a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (dacting driving) at the Busan District Court’s Busan District Court’s subsidiary branch on October 22, 2014, and on May 8, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of 8 months for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (dacting driving) at the Suwon District Court’s site on May 16, 2015 and was sentenced to a suspended sentence of 2 years for 8 months

On April 28, 2017, under the influence of alcohol leveling to 0.062%, the Defendant driven a G rocketing car from the distance of about 26 km to whether it would pass ahead of the site oil station in the 220km in Busan, Seo-gu, Kimhae-si, while under the influence of alcohol leveling to 0.062%.

On May 8, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of 8 months on the grounds of a violation of road traffic law at the Suwon District Court's House on May 8, 2015. On May 29, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of 2 years. On the other hand, on the other hand, the Defendant was not detained as a crime of violating road traffic law (drinking) at the Changwon District Court's House on May 29, 2017 and violated the prohibition of drinking on at least two occasions.

On May 31, 2017, at around 23:00, the Defendant driven a G rocketing car with approximately 50 meters alcohol content 0.216% under the influence of alcohol at a distance of about 50 meters from the three --- range on the 68-10-dong, Man-dong, Man-dong, Man-dong to the front road.
