A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete the sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Kameras and other crimes);

A. On June 5, 2015, the Defendant committed the crime: (a) around 08:55 on June 5, 2015, at the bus stops located in the Namyang-si, Namyang-si; (b) carried out a video photographer of a mobile phone camera in the victim’s name unfolded female seated by the driver; and (c) taken a video picture of the victim’s bridge part, such as buckbucks.

Accordingly, the defendant taken the body of the victim who could cause sexual humiliation or sense of shame against his will.

B. On June 22, 2015, the Defendant committed the crime around 18:22 on June 22, 2015, at the bus stops in the building E in Namyang-si, Namyang-si, the Defendant: (a) carried out the video filming of the cell phone camera in which the victim was seated by his/her willr; and (b) took a dynamic image of the victim’s bucks, such as buckbucks, by using it.

Accordingly, the defendant taken the body of the victim who could cause sexual humiliation or sense of shame against his will.

2. On August 29, 2015, the Defendant: (a) boarded the H bus at a bus stops located in Gui-si, G Hospital, G in F around 0:50 on August 29, 2015; (b) discovered the victim I (the age of 22) who was seated on the right seat of the driver immediately following the 2nd seat seat of the driver, and tried to commit an indecent act against the victim.

The Defendant, who was seated on the right side of the victim and was able to see the inside of the victim’s buckbucks that come up with left hand, and committed an indecent act on the victim’s bus, which is a means of public transportation, by entering her mbbbbbbbb in the left hand, to continue to leave.
