1. Defendant K shall be punished by imprisonment for a period of eight months.
However, the execution of the above punishment for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

A On December 12, 2013, the District Court sentenced imprisonment with prison labor for an injury, etc., and completed the execution of the sentence on June 18, 2014.
1. On August 2014, Defendant N, M, andO Defendants: (a) in the Unnb operated by Goyang-gu Sinsan-si S, the victim T (ma, 67 years old); (b) DefendantO demanded the victim to leave the sexual intercourse with a female; and (c) contacted Defendant M in the atmosphere outside the atmosphere after having sexual intercourse with the victim; and (d) Defendant M and N entered the ship with a female, and the victim “I have the minor bom within the mother. I will report the sexual traffic to the police. I will report the sexual traffic.”
The Defendants jointly and severally got 140,000 won from the victim, i.e., the victim.
2. At around 02:30 on December 2, 2014, Defendant N and the Defendants: (a) at the X-si operated by the victim W (n, 50 years old); (b) Y demanded the victim to leave the sexual traffic to a female; (c) contacted Defendant N in the atmosphere outside of the atmosphere after having sexual intercourse with the victim; and (d) Defendant A and N entered the victim as a female house, and “I am the minor, who will enter the female,” and “I am the minor. I am on how the minor will face the sexual disease. I am to report it to the police. If I do not pay money. I will report it to the police”
Defendants shared with Y and shared the victim, and received 140,000 won from the victim, namely, the victim.
3. Defendant N, K, M, L
A. From around 02:43 on September 06, 2014 to 02:54, the Defendants: (a) in the ABn Center operated by the victim AA (n, 67 years of age) located in the Sinyang-si, Seoyang-si; (b) Defendant K demanded the victim to leave sexual traffic to a female female; and (c) contacted Defendant M, N, and L in the atmosphere outside of the atmosphere after having sexual intercourse with any female.
