Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant’s joint crime with the Defendant C and D committed the following acts: (a) a person who operates a commercial sex business establishment under the trade name of the Seo-gu Etel 204, 206, 405, 505, and 604 in Seoan-gu, Seoan-gu; (b) A and D, in collusion with C and D, play the role of guiding a officetel in which women are engaged in commercial sex acts by receiving money from sex purchase at that place; and (c) the Defendant in collusion with C and D to use the said Etel 604 office from November 1, 203 to March 10, 2014; and (d) four officetels, such as the above 204 office, provided it as a place for commercial sex acts, provided it to each room of commercial sex acts; (d) a person who operates a commercial sex business establishment by providing it to arrange commercial sex acts; and (e) a person who has been engaged in commercial sex acts from the said female site to arrange commercial sex acts.

2. Defendant A and Defendant B’s joint crime committed the following acts: (a) Defendant A and Defendant B employed a woman of sexual traffic, such as L(a) via the G website; (b) placed an advertisement on the said website; (c) placed the advertisement of sexual traffic and arranging sexual traffic with the said woman of sexual traffic by receiving KRW 150,000 from an unspecified number of men, who had reported the advertisement on the said website to receive money from the sexual male and female; and (d) conspired the Defendants with the aforementioned I building 211 and Jtel 204 from the early police of February 2014 to March 9, 2014; and (c) arranged the commercial sex acts by receiving KRW 130,000,000 from an unspecified number of men, who have reported the advertisement on the said website and sought the commercial sex acts.
