[Defendant B’s criminal records] On July 18, 2014, Defendant B was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. at the Busan District Court, and on October 17 of the same year, Defendant B completed the execution of the sentence at the Busan Detention Center.

1. Violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (joint assault);

A. Defendants and E, F, G, H, and I’s joint criminal acts (1) around 00:10 on the lower end of January 2016, Defendant A’s residence located in the first floor of Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, and Defendant A meta with the Defendants on the victim’s hand, and Defendant B met with the victim’s bucks twice with the victim’s left hand hand hand, and met the victim’s bucks. On February 1, 2016, Defendant A and E, H, and K’s joint criminal acts were committed in the above Defendant’s residence, on the grounds that the damaged person took part in the examination against the Defendants, Defendant A took part in the victim’s head several times due to his appearance, E took part in the victim’s arms by drinking, and H took part in the victim’s arms by drinking, and H took part in the back and back elel and drinking, and K took part in the victim’s head with the hand floor.

As a result, Defendant A committed violence to the victim jointly with E, H, and K.
