Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for four years.

Punishment of the crime

At around 02:00 on May 6, 2013, the Defendants: (a) discovered victim D (E) at the road while moving the place, and (b) recommended Defendant B to drink alcohol together with the victim, thereby making use of alcohol in F. 501 at the same time with the victim.
