A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act;

A. At around 14:00 on July 9, 2012, the Defendant: (a) suspected of having a sexual intercourse with another male; (b) taken a knife knife (10cm in knife length) that is a dangerous object that had been sticked on the inside of the cnife of the knife of the knife, and knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife.

As above, the Defendant carried a knife, which is a dangerous thing, and inflicted injury on the victim, such as cerebral sye, requiring approximately three weeks of medical treatment.

2. A defendant who violates the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (ameras, use and photographing) shall be subject to paragraph (b) of this Article;
