Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 1.5 million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, together with B on December 22, 2015, from around 19:00 to around 19:30 on the same day, was drinking in the frequency of the victim C’s operation in Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Jung-gu, Seoul. While the Defendant was drinking, the Defendant was breading the fluor’s disease at the front floor of the said frequency, and was broken up with the fluor’s disease on the front floor of the said frequency, and from the victim, “ how the fluor was fluor’s disease.”

In order to hear the phrase "when people get different," the victim was able to take a bath for "Salty", and B was able to take the bath for "the same year" to the victim by combining it.

Accordingly, the defendant, in collusion with B, interfered with the victim's operation of the restaurant by force.
