1. The Defendant’s KRW 63,800,000 as well as the Plaintiff’s KRW 20% per annum from December 4, 2014 to September 30, 2015.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. On July 7, 2011, the Defendant entered into a design service contract (hereinafter “instant design service contract”) with the Plaintiff on the condition that the Plaintiff will carry out the design work of the net and neighborhood living facilities (including value-added tax) to be newly constructed on the land 5-15 land in Young-dong, Suwon-dong, Suwon-si, Suwon-si (hereinafter “instant land”) and the Defendant will pay for the design service cost of KRW 748 million (including value-added tax). The details of the contract are as follows.

3. Design contents: 4 floors newly built: 2 floors underground and 8 floors above ground.

4. Contract area: 1,295 square meters;

Contract price: Amount of KRW 68 million: This contract shall be determined by the mutual rights, duties, etc. necessary for the performance of design affairs entrusted to an architect who has reported on his/her business pursuant to Article 15 of the Building Act, pursuant to Article 23 (1) of the Certified Architects Act;

Article 2 (Contract Area and Period): (1) The contract area (the total design area in which the “B” is integrated): 4,281 square meters (1,295 square meters): (2) The price period: Article 3 (Scope, etc. of Contracts) of the Act from January 201 to January 2011; (1) The scope, etc. of contracts shall be determined by referring to the “Scope of the architectural design business and the quality standards table” in attached Table 1.

(2) Detailed matters necessary for design affairs, such as the preparation of construction completion books and building management books, shall be determined through consultation between A and B.

Article 4 (Methods of Calculation and Payment of Price) (1) The standards and methods for calculation of the price for design affairs shall be determined through consultation between A and B in accordance with on-site conditions and design conditions, referring to attached Table 2.

(2) The price for the design business may be paid in lump sum or in installments.
