Defendant

A and Defendant B are between the same president and employees of the same company, and the Defendants are the employees of the same industry.

1. 피고인 A의 모욕 피고인은 2018. 9. 13. 21:50경 거제시 E에 있는 F주점에서, 술에 취한 상태에서 술값을 지불하지 않은 문제로 위 주점의 종업원과 시비를 벌이다가 112신고를 받고 출동한 거제경찰서 G지구대 소속 경위인 피해자 H로부터 술값 계산을 요청받자 화가 나, 술집 종업원과 다른 손님들이 있는 가운데 피해자에게 "공산주의 경찰관이냐, 씨팔놈아, 좆같은 놈아 대한민국 경찰이 좆같네"라고 소리치고, 계속하여 술값을 계산한 이후에도 피해자에게 "씨팔놈, 짭새 새끼들, 좆같은 놈아 너 두고 볼거야, 너 소속이 어디냐, 씨팔놈아 공산주의 놈아"라고 큰소리로 욕설하여 공연히 피해자를 모욕하였다.

2. Defendant B’s obstruction of performance of official duties, at the date and time, at the place specified in paragraph (1) of the same Article, as seen above, she saw Defendant A’s insultd a police officer, and she was arrested as a police officer in the act of committing an act of committing an offense, and assaulted Defendant B, by hand, such as the arms, shoulders, and spaths of the above H with her hand, spawned and pushed down.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the handling of the 112 reported case by police officers and legitimate execution of duties concerning the arrest of flagrant offenders.

3. Defendant C’s obstruction of performance of official duties: (a) assaulted police officers H at the time and place specified in Paragraph (1) and Paragraph (2) at the same time and place; (b) reported that Defendant C was arrested in the act of committing an offense of obstruction of performance of official duties to the slope I belonging to the G District District District of G District of G District of G District Police Station; and (c) assaulted Defendant C as to the victim’s face by sound “I is called as “Isson’s police officer, whether Isnson, who is moving to his seat, or her seat,” and assaulted the victim’s face on one occasion on one hand.

Accordingly, the defendant reported 112 police officers.
